Manually Adding Paperesso Network Printer

When you want to print to a remote Windows 10 device running Paperesso, we recommend using Paperesso Agent. However, the following describes adding the remote Paperesso as a standalone network printer without locally installing Paperesso or Paperesso Agent.

Remote Windows 10

1 Activate virtual network printer mode in Paperesso

Local Windows 10

2 Go to Windows Settings » Devices » "Add a printer or scanner"

3 Enter the “Paperesso Print Server Address” as shown on your remote Paperesso

4 Select "Microsoft (Manufacturer)" » "Microsoft Print To PDF (Printers)"

5 Enter a printer name

You can now print to the newly added network printer from any app whenever you need to print to the remote Windows 10 device. Just make sure Paperesso is running and its virtual network printer mode is enabled on the remote device.
